Description
Chinese matcha that has been made according to the original japanese method. It is an intensive matcha tea with soft bitterness and a grassy flavour. Due to its intensive taste this matcha is also suitable for cooking and baking.
Preparing matcha tea:
Use two matcha spoonfuls (half a teaspoon) of tea powder in a bowl and add about a deciliter of 80 C water. Whisk for 30 seconds until you get foam on top of the tea.
