Hario V60-02 Drip-Assist Set

Description

The V60 Drip-Assist is created by Hario in collaboration with Pete Licata, 2013 world barista champion. The form of the Drip-Assist resembles showerheads used in filter coffee machines. Its function is to evenly distribute the water to the surface of the ground coffee, thanks to which the brewing process can be controlled more thoroughly and thus more consistent.

Two types of holes help brew quality coffee

There are holes of two different sizes on the Drip-Assist. These help you regulate your pouring speed.

No need for a gooseneck kettle

Thanks to the V60 Drip-Assist, a gooseneck kettle is not needed as the small drops of water drops created by the Drip-Assist ensure the ideal speed for brewing coffee.

Water flows into the central section when the outer ring is full

If your pour in too much water, it flows into the central section. You can use this function to help measure your recipe.
