Single Origin
The Finca San Jos coffee farm has been owned by the women of the Magaa family for four generations. The ecological awareness is high – they use no pesticides – and the farm has a variety of animals and plants. Here they grow red, yellow and red bourbon and really do everything to optimize its delicate character. The coffee trees grow under shade and all coffee is picked by hand when fully ripe.
This is a smoothly full-bodied coffee with peach sweetness and soft chocolate in character.
